G'day luv....you dont post your state..so this is a hard Q to answer. Since you have an appointment with your attorney..why dont you just until after you have met with him to respond?

Luv...you dont write anything yet. His attorney should be doing this through your attorney not directly thru you. Do not respond.
In the mean time..make a list of what you have..not down to each spoon and fork..but most and write beside each item it what you feel is the value. You can usually get these off of ebay or the like. Its their value now..not what you purchased them for. But again. DO NOT give this information to his attorney until your attorney advises you to.

G'day luv... tangible is anything of material value and that is capable of being appraised at an actual or approximate value. An asset. List all the items you have as he will do the same. You also want to note whether you had these items prior to the marriage ...acquired them during..if they were gifts...and if gifts who gave them to you. List all items..not just the items that you feel are yours. Stocks, bonds, insurance policies. bank accouts. pensions,IRAs, anything of value. Does that help? listed below is a website with a worksheet on it. This wiil give you and idea luv
