? on BK and marriage---??

my fiance is looking into filing for BK.. should we wait to get married? If we get married, can he file for bcnky on his own>? will it affect me?

I would consult with a bankruptcy attorney to find out what is in ya'll's best interests.

As to how it will effect you...depends on what you're looking at.
