Has your bankruptcy been discharged yet? If it hasn't, consult with another BK attorney, except this time, find one who has been certified ass a "specialist" in the field. You can get this information from you local Bar or you can ask when you call.
You initial consult should not cost you anything, but it will cost you some money to amend your bankruptcy, but if you have a substantial amount of equity to gain, it will be worth it.

Thanks for the info. I think there will be about 5-10,000 available. Not real sure though. That is according to the FMA.
