Can only the party that filed the divorce action revoke it? Or does it depend on what type of divorce was filed for? (uncontested, contested, summary dissolution...)

I could be wrong, but I believe that the petitioner for the dissolution can cancel the motion if he/she so wishes. The respondent cannot. If parts of the motion have already been addressed (i.e. if the parties are legally seperated already because of the motion) then another motion would probably need to be filed addressing that.
