Parenting classes are no big deal. Have you tried going to the state to ask for assistance Re: your divorce?

Do not settle with him out of court. He sounds volitile and is only using your vulnerability to get what he wants.

try a victim service agency-dont go back to abuse and dont settle out of court unless you are 110% sure its to your favor-the best way to ensure that is with an atty. there are abuse hotlines to call which I am sure can help direct you to legal and emotional help and support. parenting classes are no big deal, have to agree with despedina on that one! something to stipulate but dont think it'll make him into a super dad. move on with your life, if they abuse you once they will do it again, been there done that, you need to ensure a safe environment for your girls as well. Look in the phone book and start making phone calls to the 800 numbers til you get the help and advice you need.
best of luck.
