My boyfriend is legally separated and the divorce will be final next month..Will me being around his 2 year old affect his divorce? His wife is threatning to get him for everything and doesnt want me around the little girl who by the way LOVES me and i Love her..his family loves me and everything is great except for her jealousy..i dont spend the night at his house when the daughter is there. What should i do?

i was on his side of this and was told that it would look better if we weren't seen together until everything was final but if the only thing he's waiting for is the ink to be dry i wouldn't worry but if the little girl can be dragged into court and they can turn anything around on him that is definitly not good. i'm finally getting my divorce done after being seperated for almost 2 years. good luck honey and i wish you the best in love cuz i have given up if it ain't my 2 babies i don't want the hassel anymore. i hope this helps

i have been seperated from my husband for almost 2 years now we are finally going to court for our divorce. but the divorce is not the problem it's child custody (big surprise). i left home for almost a year and moved to another state to get on my feet leaving the children with him. i visited as often as i could calling everyday as well. then one day i recieved a call saying that he was heavy into drugs and drinking and his girlfriend was leaving him and i needed to come and get them as soon as possible. well i came and got them taking them back with me. my mother got sick months later and when the children and i came back home to see her some one called and told him that we were here. he followed us one day and then two days later i get served with papers. i went to court got a continuence and now a little over a month later i still have no attorney and no means to get one. legal aide will not help me being as there has been no physical abuse towards me in over a year. so i have gathered all this information on him seen several different lawyers that i cannot afford and they all tell me that i have pretty much done all the work. but they still will not come down on their price. the only thing i need now are supeonas and i don't know how to go about getting those. i have been told with all the information that i have he has no chance but i'm still scared to go into a court room with no lawyer. anyone got any advice?

I've been separated, although not legally, for 4 years now. Everything is very mutual and settled but it's time to make it official. I want to complete it free or as low cost as possible. Every link I click on wants money. How do I do this easy AND free?
