Am currently in the process of getting divorce in AZ. We have had our house on the market for about 45 days with very little interest expressed in it. I'm worried that the ex-wife will squat there indefinitely knowing I'm paying half of mortgage and expenses without any motivation to really sell it. She has not been agreeable to lowering the price at all (right now it's right around the mid-range price in comparative homes on the market). My question is when the divorce is finalized in hopefully another 45 days, can I later approach the court with a request to 'force the sell of the house' through court appointed realtor?

You can force the issue now if you want.
