There are so many good books written to help people going through the stages of separation and divorce. Please check your local library and nearest bookstore.
Though maybe not for everyone, joining a gym and working off your frustrations helps. Any exercise seems to help with stress and depression.
Writing daily in a journal helps too. And at some point, you will be able to look back and see how far you have come.
You WILL get through this...the sun WILL shine again...I promise.
My prayers are with you and your family.

Mac2 sorry to hear your history.
You are not alone... kind of same thing happened to me. My ex, middle-school sweetheart, decided after almost 25 years of marriage, that my "ex best friend from college (twiced divorce loser)" was better than me. I also have two "kids" that leave with me, because "she claimed they would be better with me"..... she never told me, but I found out when I talked to the loser over the phone.....nice way to find out. Funny part, he claims he was never my real friend, and that's why it doesnt matter.
As you can see, you are not alone...it's been more than year when I thought about killing myself, but now, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I found a lovely woman. My kids are growing up and they have some "contact" with her, but they know deeply inside what she did was wrong.
It will get better, much better.......
Some of them will pay in this life for their atrocities, and some will pay after life.... HE is watching you.
