my girlfriend and are curently both going through divorce although we found each other after filing . this is her second attempt at leaving him and after the firtst time and all of his badgering and stalking she decided it would be in her and her 4 year old daughters best interest to move in with me 60 miles away from were they once lived . we both currently attend AA and go to church every sunday we have a new apartment with two bedrooms the cild has her own room and we have ours , she works and has enrolled her daughter in a good christian based child care facility .
Her soon to be ex has not given her a dime for child support and they had agreed to oppt out of friend of the court but he has not given her any money and she has not kept him from seeing his daughter , he recently recieved friend of the court papers and is calling and saying he has filed for full custody but we think he has went past his 28 days to respond to the divorce papers and he has no proof of inpropriety . what are we looking at here any info is helpfull and appreciated ?
