today was ex monthly apperance. He has to appear each month with money in hand. So he showed up today with Nov.'s payment and he has until Dec. 20th to make the Dec. payment. Anyways, he asked the court today for a reduction on present and future CS. He only has 16 months on that part. The judge said that he needs to submit his financial records and they would consider a reduction, however highly unlikely considering the arrears. In open court, he refused to say where he works or how much he makes. The judge told him that was his choice. He was told that if I seek an incress and he still refuses, the increase will be automatic back and retroactive to todays hearing.

I'm glad that the court isn't letting him off the hook. He is still playing games hoping that he can win. Enjoy the CS while it is coming. Do you think he is paying the CS or Kelly?

See..that that is just plumb ignorant! How could he even ASK a judge for a decrease if he is not willing to submit his financials??? What an idiot!

I think Kelly is paying it because just 2 minutes ago she called and asked if I would agree to a reduction and they barely have any food...blah, blah blah...sounds like me years ago when he went MIA. I told her that in July I presented them with a fair NEW agrement. She was still complaining about that. He can't get life insurance ect...oh well, we will just keep it at the $750 a month for the next 168 years instead of reducing it down to $300 a month and me wipping out the arrears in 5 years if he stayed current. God people can be soooooo dumb! She said that she has to think that over....lol...her choice. My offer only last until midnight tonight, kinda like a game show!

Doesn't he work for Burt Reynolds or something? On a farm? Why can't you subpeona from his employer?

He works for Tom Selleck and I don't want to go through all that if he continues to pay the $750 a month. If I do that, my cash cow might up and die.

At least someone got November's payment, I'm still waiting for mine. He said he would pay 2 months this week, that didn't happen. Oh well, life goes on.
I'm glad the judge isn't letting him get by with it.
