My wife petitioned for temp. relief and was awarded all she asked for and more. After obligations, I have to pay her legal bills, the $1000 mortgage and $960 in child support for one minor and ALL debts. I will have 29% of my salery, she will have double hers (I have 59% of the houshold income). I have a judge who took nothing into consideration and effectivly put me very close to the federal poverty guidline for a single. Is there any comfort or help out there for such an injustice?

It is a temporary order. Document your financial circumstances and prepare to argue your case more effectively at the final trial armed with that information.
