I have $30k in credit card bills that are soley in my name, however, the money was used jointly. What are my rights in the state of Massachusetts, regarding this debt? )He did not sign the credit card agreements, etc..

I believe that if the credit card debt was for joint expenses and was incurred during your marriage, it shold be listed in your financial settlement as a joint debt. I really don't think it matteres if he signed the credit card agreement.
