of this forum????? I could be sitting on the couch watching TV all day long and he couldn't care less. But, let me sit down at the computer and he starts whining. Baaabbbyyyy, spend some time with me. I guarantee that if I logged off right now and went back to watching TV with him, he wouldn't say a word to me. Guess he's afraid that I'm trolling the net for my next victim (hehe)!
But, he didn't bitch when he needed some advice and I knew right where to find it! Boy, he was encouraging me to spend as much time here as possible. MEN!!!!

I"ll raise my hand for this one, lol. Yes, much like our children, he seems to need more attention if I am on the computer. Now, it's pretty rare, usually by the time he gets home, I'm doing "house stuff", but occasionally I'm in the middle of a good thread or something I need to finish and he acts like I should drop everything and watch the 10:00 news with him (even though I already caught it at 6, lol) To avoid fall out, I usually just shut it down. It's one of those "pick your battle" things I guess. Now, when he comes home and wants to check his stats on Fantasy Nascar, or whatever it is, look out! He'll mow me down getting to the laptop, haha...

Sometimes (like today), I can see his point. I've spent a lot of time here and the house is a wreck. But, you know, I had to see how TGSM's husband was doing. I've logged on several times to see if there was an update and just got sucked in.
But, other days, if we're just watching TV (boring) and I log on to check in, he makes me soooo mad! I'm like, Buddy, you have pretty much ignored me for most of the night. I found something else to occupy my time, now, leave me the hell alone!!!!
I guess it's kind of sad when you think about it. I really don't have too many friends anymore. Too much time spent running a household and not enough time cultivating the friendships I had with the GF's. Here, I can maintain "friendships" without leaving the house. I can keep one eye on the brats and one on the screen. You'd think he'd be happy that I'm here instead of somewhere else! Cheesy, but gosh, I love you all!!!

I'm cruel and mean and I wouldn't be able to stop myself from making fun of my DH for being jeleous of the computer ;-)
Since I met my husband on divorcesource, I'm kinda suprised he ISN'T jeleous thinking I'm trolling for my next victim in the same place I found the last one! LOL

Could be that he is thinking you might find someone better. That happened to a friend and they mutually agreed to get rid of the computer....and her husband's boys night out, lol.

NO! It's not Eric. Although he did log on here a year ago or so and get in a "battle of the minds" with Eric over gods knows what... LOL
He doesn't post here much. Last time was maybe a year ago and he took on the username "mois_husband" LOL so you'd know it. He doesn't have an account on the new site. He said that he came here for emotional support and adivce and he got a wife and full time emotional support and advice out of the deal so he has no reason to really come here anymore.. heheh. I actually answered his first post here ever so I snatched him up off the site about as fast as he got here... hehehe.
