Child support

I know I filed with them back in 11-05, They actually granted me with more child support then the Judge did...but since i have retained a lawyer that order has been tossed aside.

that you had a modification hearing and the judge granted an increase, but then you hired an attorney so the increase was over turned? I don't quite get what you are saying.

The D.A's (hearing Master)office retained me a fair amount to include health benefits... I retained an lawyer for court when it came before the trial judge the trial judge set it aside until the divorce is final..granting me 1/3 of what the D.A. required by law, the judge informed me that it would all be squared away after trial...the trial that my ex's lawyer has now had postponed until late Oct. This is happening in Nye county.
