USE OF NAME

I have been divorced for 3 years .My ex has remarried . I received mail at my home with her old married name on it . She states she can use any name she chooses. I checked my credit and she is still applying of credit under mr and mrs with my name and she is married to some one else .What is my legal recourse for this ? :confused:.I reside in Delaware and so does she

I would think that after a divorce she would have no legal course to use your credit to her advantage.
you would have legal recourse to file fraudulant claims to the credit companies.
you would also be able to probably take her to court for this.
I think you will need to act quickly to stop any further damage that may have done.

as far as her last name goes , she might not have changed it after the divorce and she might not have changed it after she remarried but that in no way allows her to continue being Mr. and Mrs. Evileye.
