Her mom called us and said that she had thrown herself down the stairs on purpose. When the baby's mom got on the phone my husband asked her why and she said her life will be ruined after she has the baby because she will be stuck at home. She had an abortion sceduled but they said she was to far along for the abortion. This is all on tape.

---> (shaking head) And ya'll actually believe all this bullshyt? Wanting to have an abortion does NOT make someone a "bad" parent
...is found at any farm supply store. It's called "Bag Balm" and is designed for cow udders.
I use udder cream for my feet. The best foot lotion ever.

We used cow udder cream on my dog. LOL! He has a condition called "happy tail". He wags his tail to hard and it causes him to scratch at the base so he had a sore spot. The vet had us put udder cream on it.
Are you saying to put udder cream on the baby??

Throwing herself down stairs while pregnant makes her a bad parent.

...best stuff in the world. Upset stomach from too much acid? Take a table spoon of vinegar. Acne problems? Smear it with Milk of Magnesia. Bruise or sore spot? Break open a vitamin E capsule, smear it on. Getting a cold? Chew zinc tabs.

Why give a "senior" discount, they have had plenty of time to raise the money...

That stuff is great when you are nursing.

Seriously,
cradle cap?????

baths????

She's on myspace at 3 in the morning??????? who cares! I've been on this site at 3 in the morning???

Some of the evidence you are describing about the bm, just makes you look crazy.

My kid's dad has done some VERY questionable things and has some behaviors that make me very very uncomfortable to think that my son could be taken away for visitation without me knowing what the heck is going on.

To resolve the problem, I worked really hard on being friends with dad, to the point where we can communicate freely. When our son sees his dad, I am present. Dad and I are friends at this point---No big deal. Dad doesn't feel "supervised, feels like he has help from me and we are sharing some parenting experiences together (helpful because we get a sense of eachother's style). Point is, by being FRIENDLY and CONSIDERATE my son has two parents that are working together and communicating and compromizing. I know that when father wants to start taking son without my presence, I will be a lot more comfortable because if something "questionable" happens, I can bring my concern to dad and we will work on it together. nobody will be defensive.
You are putting this woman on the defensive and calling CPS that many times is nasty. The doctor is a mandated reporter meaning if he suspects abuse he is required by law to report it. He did not.

For the record, I never said she tried to catch her car on fire.

For every study that says the sky is blue, you can find one that says it is aqua. For every doctor that says "this is good" you can find one who says "this is bad".

---> I don't give a rat's ass about "studies", I'm talking about "common sense".
