My ex is trying to go back to court to get my alimony stopped altogether (he has 1.5 years left of three total years.). He hasnt paid his child support or alimony since October 06 (seperation date of June 05, Divorced May 06).
The alimony was offered by him, accepted by me, and is in our papers, as $300 per month for three years. This amount was offered by him as a repayment to me of a SMALL portion of my student loan debt (a total of 56K), all incurred during our marriage, and the vast majority of it went to our living expenses, while he was unemployed (voluntarily...he was "chasing a dream").
Any thoughts? Will he succeed? We are in TN.

I doubt he would succeed...he would have to prove a huge change in circumstances, like you won the powerball jackpot or something.
