Is there a way to forbid him from entering my home

My husband had an affair and moved out to our other home, our ski house. This was six weeks ago, and I am now going out of town for a week and he is requesting through my lawyer to stay in MY house with his new girlfriend while I am gone. He willingly moved out and left this house for me, and it horrifies me that he would be allowed to be here while I am away with that woman! Is there any way I can stop this?

It's still his home too , so unless a judge has given you exclusive use , he can do as he pleases .
