They got here pretty fast too..I'm impressed already lol. I'll have to wait until tomorrow to try it out...but my my are those samples small! I got 3 different kinds of foundation (1.0, 2.0 and 2.3)..just couldn't decide on what colors. I also got the translucent, multi tasking and rose blush.
So..I was reading the instructions online about how to apply the makeup...and I am looking for a new cleanser and moisturizer (sp)...any ideas?
Anyone else get and try their samples yet?

Someday I might grow-up and wear make-up everyday. Today isn't that day, though...lol.
Cool that you got your stuff! :)

I like soap and water and Oil of Olay.
I'm still waiting to hear if I am been accepted as a consultant and have put off ordering the full sizes 'cuz I want my discount.

I got my samples also but haven't tried them yet, I'm thinking tonight, I usually put on makeup before my husband comes home from work.
The eye shadow samples are a little skimpy but the colors are really pretty!
Lizard babe, if you become a consultant, I'll order through you, count on it!

I would totally go thru you to buy the products too! If I like them that is lol.
I'm trying to figure out if I need to buy new makeup brushes. I have to do cheap though, if ya know what I mean. Isn't there a time frame where you should throw out old makeup brushes and such?
Anyone else go overboard and chose about 20 things you wanted as your free samples? LOL! I had to go back and mark off ALOT before I was down to 6 =)

M5, I think if you wash them in some mild soap and warm water, laying them on a towel to dry, they'll be good as new.
Also M5, Target have some FANTASTIC makeup brushes that aren't expensive at all -- they're my favorites!

I got mine and have tried to use them daily...I may not have the right colors, because like Preemiemom, they work really well with my existing makeup...
I started using the Revlon colorstay foundation YEARS ago when it first came out for stage work, because the color wouldn't sweat off...and I've used it ever since..but I require alot of coverage because I have scarring from acne....and I have a very splotchy tone...so I NEVER go without makeup..at least foundation...
Saturday...I used only the minerals for our annual yard sale days and it did very well...it didn't cover exactly like I wanted but I may not be using it correctly...AND I may have an unrealistic expectation of what my "natural face" should look like...
All told, I was very pleased when I used the veil and blush with my regular base...it is a very smooth look...
I also got the Buki blush...and Preemiemom must have got a bad one, 'cause mine didn't smell at all! :)

I just ordered some colors. I already wear BareMinerals but I haven't tried their color makeup so I ordered some of the mint concealor, apricot blush, eggplant dark, lavendar shimmer, midnight blue, and sky blue shimmer.

Well I got mine and tried them out right away. I mean, why wait? My theory is I have to see if they work so I don't waste time tomorrow washing them off. I will not be washing them off. OK, and I have to try new stuff straight away.
I think they are terrific. As long as they do not dry my aging skin out I will be sold on the stuff.
Lizard of the non-insurance kind, count me in as I will buy off you as well.

I am normally the same way...trying stuff immediately. But...I'm just too pooped to take off my make up right now and apply more lol. I don't have to do anything tomorrow except go to a soccer game, so I'll try it then :)
I hope it covers well because...Aunt Flo is visiting and I'm breaking out LOL! :(

I love oil of olay. I have been using it for 10 years. My mom got my sister and I hooked at a young age.
BTW, I just ordered my samples. I bought Loreal? version of the mineral makeup. It works pretty good. I'm not blown away with it but am not disappointed either.

If you don't think you got the right colors, Signature Minerals does allow you to another sample kit with different colors (no duplicating). It's important that you get the correct products.
