Hi! We filed the one-page divorce paperwork because we didn't have any kids, bills, etc. together. I put on there that I wanted to go back to my previous name. I have since changed my mind about the name (not the divorce). Do I have to still change it or do I have to change it in the paperwork? Or?
Thanks for any help!

I don't know for sure, but I don't think the court order actually means you have to change your name. It would just serve as proof to the DMV, Social Security, etc... that you are legally entitled to change your name. If you have changed your mind, just let the orders go through and don't follow up on it.
