Hello,
I am looking for information on the validity of disclaimer deeds that were executed and recorded well before (more than 2 years) a divorce was filed. Is the property considered community? My soon to be former spouse is an attorney and signed the disclaimer deeds; however, went into court and said that he did it "for credit purposes only"....Thoughts anyone??
