Me and my husband of 18 years have decided to divorce.
At the same time we are discussing continuing our relationship.
At this point in time we are still living in the same house.
The house is sold and me and my son will be going to live with my mom.
My husband will be staying with some elderly friends.
Am I crazy to think that our relationship can continue in a non marital way?Possibly living together?
We are still communicating? Making Love, etc...
I still love him and he loves me but we have trust, conflict resoultion issues.
Curious to hear from all people who have been in this situation.advice, encouragement, etc

If these activities are brought to the court's attention it is unlikely that a judge will grant a divorce since your actions are not consistent with wanting a divorce.
