advice needed!!
      #252818 - 06/22/07 02:11 PM

I live in Alberta, Canada, and filed for divorce here in September, 2005. My husband has pulled all sorts of things to delay either a settlement or a court date. I am disabled, and basically all of our marital debt is in my name. I recently discovered that my husband has taken a new job in Portland, Oregon, and is now living there. I suspect he has taken a vehicle there that is still in our joint names and that still has a bank lien on it. Can anyone give me any advice?? I do have a lawyer here. Thanks!!

Give me your Husbands contact information and I'll give him a job plus any other help I'm able.
Here is hoping you die alone and even more disabled...

Wow -- such bitterness! Why bother to respond when you just spew vileness? Not sure what about my post generated your response, but don't worry -- my health has never been better since leaving my marriage & there's not much chance I'll die alone. You, on the other hand are probably more at risk -- not too many would choose to be around someone as miserable as you obviously are.

Anstey22... [Re: anstey22]

Ignore the troll. Hopefully he's not going to be here much longer. He's crossing a line he shouldn't have crossed and the "notify moderator" is no longer the step to take. I've gone a bit farther this time. He's treading on thin ice.

You may not find too many here familiar with Canadian law. You may want to try here: http://canada.justice.gc.ca/en/ps/

Yregna is more of a source of entertainment around here. Don't take it personal, he's like that with everyone. His mommy must not have loved him.

I'm happy to hear that your health is "never better". I hope your employer's benefit plan that insures you will be advised accordingly ...

Such transparency ExPat - and completely idiotic. Why am I not surprised? So easy to create an account simply to spew - you've done it before. I'm so glad you're happy for my improved health - why don't you go ahead and "advise" my benefit plan? Oh, I know - they'll quickly realize that you're an idiot, like most others that have the misfortune to know you. Mountains of medical evidence holds more weight than your opinion. My insurer is well aware that leaving an abusive jerk improved my health.
