One thing you might do (to push the house issue) is get estimates from a handyman to do all the little repairs and painting that needs to be done before selling the house as well as a cleaning service and carpet steaming (if you have carpet). Just to give her an idea of what (in addition to realtor fees and closing costs) is going to cut into your profit on the house. As someone who is selling a house right now - those things are necessary as the market s*cks right now. There is no reason for you to do those things if she forces a sale - she gets your free labor?
