BOTH parents want all the kids together (dad wants to remain in California with all, Mom wants to take all 3 to Utah) There is a stalemate. Do any of you out there know what will happen, based on your experience or what you have heard from others? How do you think the (female) judge will rule? Kids are girl aged 14, twin boys aged 12.

"Or will the judge just force the boys to move with psycho-b*tch mom. (psycho behavior but not officially and no drug/alcohol/abuse)"
PS: A lot of mom's are this way...LOL!
Actually, it's the dad's who are that way.
PS. Like you, I don't have any proof of my above statement.

The mother is going to have to show a strong case in how the kids would be better off moving from their home. Especially since they are older and have already established friends and roots where they are.
It's hard to say how a judge will rule. One judge may say no to the move, another might say yes.

I got good news! My brother won the trial for the boys custody; the judge said that the reason the boys gave when asked if they wanted to move to Utah was "to take care of their mom" and that is NOT a good reason. Kids shouldn't take care of their parents! So my brother has 1 more trial for the 14 year old brainwashed daughter on August 8. Same judge. Hope she rules that the daughter should remain in Calif. too, with her little brothers and not split the family. My brother did tell me that the daughter has "mixed feelings" about going with the mother. I hope the judge's logic prevails. The mother keeps "looking for happiness" and thinks if she skis all the time she will be happy, but instead she really needs meds or to meditate. Happiness is within.

That is good news. I hope that he wins the next trial, too.

The court ruled that the 14 year old girl can move to Utah with the mother. The twin 12 year old boys will stay in California with the father. The father said he would not fight it because someday he hopes that the daughter will make her own decision to return/communicate. I can't believe that the court allowed a family to be split.

I meant a lot of mom's are b*tches. A lot of dad's are a**holes.
I'm a b*tch.
My hubby is an....GUESS!
No, I don't have any PROOF of that statement, but I've dealt with enough women and enough men to know that a lot of them fit the above description.
I hope I didn't offend GoodMom.
