I left my husband for adultry. i filed divorce on those grounds but now i live with someone. will this stop me from being able to get my divorce???

it wont stop you from getting the divorce if he was the one that adultried first and was the cause of the breakdown in the marriage please read this appeal that came down in the Mississippi Appeals court here is an exert:

Willingness and capacity to provide primary child care
The chancellor found that "[b]ased on the actions taken by the mother after filing for divorce, . . . the father demonstrated the stronger willingness to provide
primarycare. As to capacity to provide primary care, . . . both parents have the capacity without weight to either on this part ofthe factor. The factor favors the father." Here again, the chancellor gives us only a conclusion and not the facts upon which he relies to make this conclusion. The chancellor's opinion infers that he is referring to April's post-separation relationship with Brian. The chancellor places much greater emphasis on April's infidelity, while seemingly ignoring Andy's prior acts of infidelity. This is clearly in error. The record shows that both parents are willing to provide primary care for the children.
Okay now saying all this I have been though the appeals court in Mississippi and noticed even though it was reversed on the case above yours may be the same exact way and the appeals court will confirm the judges order. I now have 2 appeals going thought the appeals court of mississippi and have realized it is a very corrupt system if you or your husband has money and are influential in the community. I am unfortunately neither. Good luck because I have lost all faith in the Mississippi judicial system,, they do not seem to care about the 'BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILDREN' Good luck I will pray for you and hope this helps
