HOW DO YOU GET TEMPORARY CUSTODY OF CHILDREN

Wife filed divorce 20 days ago, She is in Bad Medical Condition and cannot take care of our child who is disabled, Can I get custody easier because she is incapable of caring for the children, And is there a certain time frame to wait to file for temporary custody ?

If you really have no money, you can go to Legal Aid and get some advice or help.
