bringin someone new into my home while im away
      #282319 - 08/29/07 11:55 AM

hello i am a first time poster. i am a male and have been married 7 years. currently going through a divorce. I am still living in my house, my wife is a cosignor. i live in the basement. nothing filed yet due to my lawyer having succumbed to a stroke. so i am currently awaiting a new lawyer to take the case. i have a problem in that my wife is already bringing in her new boyfriend into my home while im at work, or go away for the weekend. our children are present, and even laying on the couch with the 2 of them. i intercepted emails, proving they had sex as well in the home with the kids in the next room. i also intercepted an email in which he asked if he could bring "weed" over to my house when they were having a cookout. i have many questions, but ill limit this to one. can i get a restraining order on this guy to stay away from my home and my children as well? thx in advance for any help

I don't think you can get an RO because you heard that unless you can produce witnesses to that effect.

It's not nice what she's doing, but I don't think you can control that. Perhaps you should try to move out ASAP.

Of course SSmom ( Social Security fraud Mom )wants you to move out, that way your ex will get more money in the divorce settlement. Typical woman...Screw their way into money instead of working for it..

Although I guess for most of them screwing is working...

Wow, not only was that incredibly inaccurate, it was rude.

Thanks for continuing to show what an ignorant A$$ you are.

Oh I see you are an engineer...if you don't have an answer you just make one up.

I've decided to ignore your posts after that incredibly rude comment. Thanks for showing me how bitter some people are.

Bye.

Witness? I have the email that he wrote, clearing stating that he wanted to bring drugs into my home where my children are.

I notice you didn't say my advice was wrong because it was true. You want the women to get a larger settlement than she deserves, that is why you gave bad advice.
At least women support each other trying to steal money they don't deserve. Liar.

Is there any way I can block Yregna? It is not that I am offended by what he says I am just soooooooo bored of hearing him bang on about money and women being whores!

As far as I am concerned he had a bad experience with a woman - ONE WOMAN. It is discrimination. You can not talk about a 'group' of people like that. Imagine the reaction if we had homophobic or racist abuse on here in the same way because one person of a certain race or one gay person treated you badly.

Yregna, stop being so damn ignorant and get yourself an education.
