My wife filed for divorce. I am trying to be amicable and since it has only been a week, I am waiting for her lawyer to complete the initial paper work...If it is as my spouse says it is, I am sure I will sign it and we can get this started. However, she wants me to move out...at first i was agreeable to this to give her some space since we are a little tight on money, but now i feel i need to protect myself by not moving out (even just to stay with a friend for a little while) We have a teenage kid any advice?

Yes , don't move out until the divorce is finalized or a judge orders you out . Don't be suprised if the initial offer is heavily weighted in her favor .
-------------------- Careful. We don't want to learn from this.
