Should I respond to an inflammatory...?
      #296756 - 09/26/07 11:07 PM

Should I respond to an inflammatory Responsive Declaration?
I filed an OSC to change custody, very factual no flames. My ex filed a very inflammatory response, accusing me of mind games and other junk. She is lying but we are going to mediation in a few weeks. I'm pretty sure the mediation will go nowhere, so I know we'll head for an evaluation. Bottom line is do I bother responding? I'll have to file a statement for a JCC (Judicial Custody Conference), which I can re-state facts and rebuke her junk. Any ideas? Thoughts?
