motion for continuance form

i'm not sure if i posted this on this tn page or not so i am posting again.. how do i get a motion for continuance form. my wife's attorney sent me an order to appear in court on march 5th/08. i got the letter feb 25th and live 550 miles away. i need a continuence. can anybody tell where to search or find a form so i can fax it to the court.thanks vick

A little late, but you can pick up a form at your court house (probaby), or go to the law library and look at the forms there..and copy them.

i found that one . now i need a "interlocutory order of the trial court" to appeal the judges ruling on making me have supervised visitation. the reason I need this particular form is because my order is temporary and not a final judgment. do you know where i can get one. i live 550 miles in a different state and i have to have it filed 30 days from march 5th. and the court in TN maybe give me one but it might not get here in time. i have searched all over the internet and no luck. do you know where i can find one. thanks, vick [color:blue] [/color] [u]do yo know where i can get one[/u]

Try the TN courts main website. It should tell you where and what forms you need.

"interlocutory order of the trial court"

This isn't a blank form. This is the actual temporary order, issued by a trial court. You need to submit a copy of the temporary order in order to file an appeal regarding this order.
