the stipulation agreement or the listing agreement to sell the house...my stbx is arguing with me that the stip gets signed first so she knows how much maintenance she gets and what we agreed to...i said no, the broker listing agreement gets signed first...she is such a pain!

can i force her to sign a listing agreement with the realty before any settlement agreement is signed? even if i havent agreed to anything...

you can't force her to do anything and are you doing this without advice of a lawyer or court order. Heck..if you do something she objects to she can certainly get a lawyer and get a court order to halt anything if there is no agreement between you too.

Sorry but she's right. The house sale is part of the overall agreement so the stip should be signed first.

well, i couldnt wait any longer, I signed the listing agreement when she wasnt home with the broker and left it on the coffee table for her to see...then i left the house...dont want to be around when the crap hits the fan!
