Ex Wife Cutting Phone Contact With Children

My soon to be ex has decided that if she is angery w/ me that she can limit or cut my phone contact w/my children to get her way and have me bend to her wishes. I am in MT and can she really do this to me? Someone please help me out here.

That's the problem, the is nothing filed yet. This is not in the best interest of the children. She's being selfish cause she doesn't want to hear my voice so both the children and I suffer

If there are no court orders then any parent can do almost anything that they want..

Even w/o a divorce action; you can file for custody and/or visitation... Do it yesterday..

I'm working on a court action..unfortunately I don't have the money for a retainer as of yet, but I'm working on it.

Do it pro se, at least for now to get temporary visitation and phone calls set up..
