It's called rape - whether manipulative, physical forceful, or what have you. And yes, it does happen. (NOT saying X "raped" me in any way shape or form when I got pregnant).
----> Sorry but I see no reason why MY children have to go without needs when my husband paid his CS. IF we were able to help than we did give extra.

My kids do not go without their needs. they might have to wait for something they WANT though because we had to make sure C had food which is a need.

edited to say: its not the child's fault that the BM is not providing. The child didn't ask for this so we make sure he does not suffer for it. Now he is safely here and isn't suffering.
If BM is not providing, she should turn over custody

Doesn't matter if it is the Mom or Dad that has custody, in a perfect world if the CP can't or won't provide than the CP should turn over custody.

But you haven't seen it from every view. Some NCPs are just tapped out and others are so nickle and dime controlled by the CP, and yet others pay money that doesn't get spent on the child by the CP. That's why they get angry over it. Their kid can still be more important. And in the case of the latter, is the reason they're angry, because the kid isn't benefitting from the CS.
