Maury, Matt is a master PAS manipulator who is trying to have th emother completely erased from the childs life. He is fanatical about zero visitation.

her visitation was suspended because you have been so successful in alienating the child that the current visitation order would not have been successful due to the strain of the relationship (all manipulated by you). So...the judge ordered exactly what everyone here has been saying would be ordered. Counseling for mother and child...to rebuild their relationship....which will result in another order being established either the same as before...or different to accommodate various schedule needs.
As for the money.....ON PAPER, she may have had 5% visitation....temporarily she has none....but since that is only a temporary situation, I don't know if the courts would really increase her CS at this point. As for her expenses....as you should well know....CS is based upon incomes NOT expenses, so it hardly matters what she puts on the I & E declaration. The bottom line is what she makes and what you make.
And, as we've all pointed out before....you're so about the money it's despicable!

This is more than just about money for this guy. It's also control and the overwhelming desire to screw his ex out of of the childs life. In fact, I think money is secondary.

I think everyone's all over Matt because he keeps giving the same story, or variations on the same theme, every few months. Even the dates haven't always matched up. When I had some spare time, I checked into that and posted the discrepancies once. And, because everything anyone's said to Matt...he's always done just the opposite, exactly what he came here complaining he was going to do. So what's the purpose of his posting, other than to stir the pot?
