What do you not get???? CA has an income "cap" of 300,000 I think. He writes off his SS and she pays taxes on it. He agreed!!!! Who are we to judge HIS decision. 21,000 is nothing when one makes a couple million a month. PLUS his/their future earning are ALL their income on Baywatch! She was co-owner of the show. She gave her partnership up to him!

whats the "eye roll" for? The fact they were married before he was a star and THEY owned Baywatch together and she sold her "share" to him for 21,000 a month in SS until one dies or she remarries? They owned a company TOGETHER! If it were me...I would have just kept on taking 1/2 of the royalities and forgive SS. I think she made a bad deal.

My take is since the children are close to 18, which means the CS will most likely stop in a couple years, that is why she wants more SS than CS. Just a guess.

The guy has more than 100 million dollars. He AGREED to 250,000 a year in SS if she gave up her interest in Baywatch. I bet the guy is crying tonight!
