help live in tn. married for 18yr husband is a doctor. how do i find his income .i know he lied on taxes .he gone from 350000 a yr to 97000.will the judge buy that . in comptempt of court he live in a difference state now. how do i get other state to pick him up he has warrant in tn for no payment of alimony [list]

i believe u can find his income by talking to the irs, you can request up to 4 years of copies of returns! also as far as trying to get him picked up, good luck, as far as i know they'll only pick him up if he comes back to where the warrant is!

The IRS would not provide copies of tax returns without a release from the tax payer. As a result, talking to the IRS would not do any good.
