Ya know, I just wanted to jump in on this thread here. When my Grandson comes over on the weekends, he bed hops and it's tough for all of us the entire weekend. Not only does he bed hop but he has sleeping issues so it's a double whammy.
His Mom allows him free reign into her bed every night.
My son is trying desperatly to get the little guy to stay in his room in his own bed to no avail, and he's guessing this is because of Mom undoing what what we are trying to do during Dad's visits.
It's hard. Anyone have some suggestions? Mom outright refuses to keep him out of her bed. Told my son yesterday that it's her business, and if she wants to have him in her bed she can. And, honestly she's right. It's her choice. He can't tell her what to do. Just makes it hard.
