recently divored in wa ex was to pay off debt, he backed out and i paided 10,000.00 off, now they are pulling from my checking account ,in my name for his bills that he is not paying, will I be stuck with all his bills too. when will it end...

From experience in WA State;
1. Move your bank accounts to a completely different bank. If you leave your account in the same bank or branch of the same bank(even a different account), the banks have a habit of putting the ex's name on it.
2. If you are divorced, they cannot charge you for any bills past the divorce date. However, if you still have open credit card accounts and he uses them they will and can come after you. Close everything with the ex's name on it.
