Okay.. I woot. I just bought the Filtrete 3M Air purifiers (2.. and yes, no surprise.. but my apartment has sooo much white dust it's insane).
But, can someone PLEASE explain to me what a Woot Off is?????????

...during a woot off, they sell an item till it is gone, then sell something else, again and again and again. This one has been going for over 24 hours.
I bought 6 Sansa MP3 players, 512 Megs, for $28, including shipping. They will make GREAT gifts for the kids friends for birthday parties.

Ahhhhhh.. thank you. I just caught the last two.. and now it's over with the speakers?
I take that back. I see the Webcam.. and in for 2. For 20 bucks, even refurb'd, I can have one and I'll bring one up for my dad next visit and they can watch DD via web. YAY!!

No its not over, they must have a TON of vacuums in stock because their hardly moving the bar showing that its almost gone....or people just dont want them.

they have had a lot of sells prior to the Dysun. the Dysun is just taking longer maybe because they are always selling them so much.
go to the top of the right hand side of the Woot screen and click on The Community and you can see what has been in the Woot Off so far.
we actually bought one of thos HP Pavillion computers for the kids around the beginning of the year for about $325 and I have to say that it was a very satisfying purchase.
I soooo love Woot.

Okay, I clicked on the wine woot, being as I am something of a wino and I was reading the rules which make sense for the most part. You have to be 21, yada, yada, yada...but then there was this rule and I had to laugh a litte:
"If you're drunk when the package shows up, you will not be allowed to receive it "

Usually longer than 36 hours, but not longer than 72 hours.
You never can tell, though. That's part of the fun. :)

I had to work today, so no Internet access. Luckily, my entire house is trained on the importance of the woot-off, and they ALL know F5. They take turns monitoring. I called DH on my way home, and the first thing he said was, "Nothing we need, yet....and no BOC." LOL.

It's really WAYYYY addictive. NOT good for a girl with addictive genes, lol.
My friend had never heard of Woot. Ever. She watched the first one on when she got here, and then she was hooked. I've told half my co-workers and I'm sure two or three of my super geeky friends were F5ing away today too ;) I know one is waiting to see if Star Wars comes up again. He's still wayyyyy pissed at me I didn't woot that for him :(

What kind of floors do you have? I want a scooba, but we have hardwood so I wasn't sure if it would work as well as say, on linoleum or tile.

I was just wondering...I am picky about my floors and so many things leave streaks on the wood, or leave too much water on the wood, etc. Our floors are around 40 years old, so not the nice new stuff:)
