amending a FRO

well I am new here, so to start hello.
First I have an old 10 year FRO in NJ that was filed on me by an ex when i was 18 that i dated from the time i was 14. I am attempting to remove this due to leo employment. I have not made contact with this girl in over 10 years yet she will not remove this FRO. The basis of this case was harassment, terroristic threats and stalking. This was because for the harassment I was calling her to see why she had left me for another kid at her highschool. Yes, she had just turned 18. for the terroristic threats well I had attempted to go after the kid she was then dating. And as far as the stalking it was based that i would go to her job and friends home to try to talk to her when she would not return my calls. I know i was wrong on all of these, but i was a kid. She will not drop this FRO as she was asked just recently by a l.e. agency in NJ and she stated no, going on to say horrible things of me. She attempted to say that i violated this order, and when the investigator had asked her why there was no record of an arrest she did not have an answer. He found this awkward being that she was so hard on not letting go of the FRO, but needless to say if there is a FRO i cant have a LEO position due to the weapons problem that follows with it.
My question is what areas can i cover in court when we go to amend this ? What are the chances the judge will allow this to be changed over to a civil order.

You may cover any issues in court that are coverd by the original restraining order. Nothing more. It would seem likely that a modification will occur.
