Court Hearing - if you live 3,000 miles away

My wife and I are filing for divorce and agree on the terms, divisions of assets, etc. Thing is by the time the 60 days pass from the filing - I will be living in Lake Tahoe, CA...anyone know if there is any way I can get out of being in court?
