What I have learned is that this poster, a femin azi PIG has no qualms about disrupting our posts, but the Kf sure does not like us disrupting her posts.

I just went on the the IRS website it says that you can revoke at anytime if you do it in writing!

I would highly suggest that the person who decides to try that approach would have a court order to back up that action.

It doesn't sound like the agreement she signed was part of the court order, but rather a personal contract between two parties. If this is the case, then trust me, there are MANY ways to get a contract voided...

Most even get paid to do this.

Thanks for the input everyone.
Basically what I signed was part of a "negotiation." Settle out of court kind of thing.
I took ex back for CS modification. The (...not sure what she's called...)mediator came up with a number that would have increased his support by a thousand dollars per month. He appealled, then a few days before the hearing where we were to appear before the judge, they wanted to meet to settle out of court. Can't say I blamed him... the result of this meeting was...
*CS was increased by $200 instead of $1000
*He is entitled to deductions every year forever and ever
*I pay the first $1200 in medical bills instead of the first $250 per child
At my last hearing, I did get the $250 reinstated.
Yes, I did get royally scre*ed. Keep in mind I did have my attorney present and she encouraged me to go along with this. THIS is why I refuse to pay anyone to "help" me anymore, I feel I can do a much better job by myself.
I did file an ammended tax return, although my tax guy said I could probably just wait and see if they catch it. Since I don't have any taxable income (doesn't that stink!) they may not even bother coming after me.
I owe $1300 to the IRS... affordable payment plan until tax refund comes back next year.
I don't think what I signed applies to this, but I will definitely look into it.

I know, your mother didn't keep her word about aborting you Er!c, and look at the mess that created. I bet she is embarrassed about having a son who got indicted for child molestation. I guess you didn't keep your word to your god either...so it's not just women.
