When did they move?

That is the link for Wis Stats.
I am also assuming your child is under the control of an order of the court, is this correct?
Did your ex notify you of the move? If so, when and how?

Ok what county are you in? You need to go file something TODAY if at all possible. And yes you will likely have to take time from work to do so- but it's vital this gets done asap. The clock has been ticking for close to too long.

I am assuming the custody order is from WI too right?
Go to this website http://www.wicourts.gov/circuit/ccform.j...amp;Category=12
Print and fill out form FA-4172 which is an Order to Show Cause for Contempt
Print and fill out form FA-4170 which is a Motion for Modification
While you are at the site print out FA-5000 (instructions for proper service)
Do not sign the forms yet!!!!
Make 4 copies.
Once you have them filled out take them to the Clerk of Court that handled the most recent divorce/custody matter regarding the child.
Tell the Clerk you want to file these motions. Sign them in front of the clerk- who is also likely a Notary (ask to be sure).
The Clerk will then stamp and file them, you may be given the date of your court appearance right away.
The clerk will keep one copy and give you the rest.
Then you proceed to having your ex properly served with one set of copies no less than 8 business days prior to the court date.
