Keep in mind, you cannot force mom, herself, to move back to Wisconsin, so if I were filing out the modification I would be asking for physical placement.

That is some AWESOME advice. It's great to see people willing to take their own personal time and utilize their experience to help someone else.
Can you fix all of my issues too? lol. Maybe wave a magic wand and make my daughters' allergies go away? hahahaha. Boy, that sure would be nice.
