HELP WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR HOUSE IN DIVORCE

WE BOUGHT PREMARRIAGE--DOES IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE NOW? SHE REFUSES TO SIGN OVER THE HOME TO ME. WE DONT HAVE CHILDREN TOGETHER BUT STEPKIDS HAVE LIKVED WITH US OFF AND ON. HOW DO WE TAKE CARE OF THE HOUSE. I DO HAVE MORE INCOME. CAN THEY MAKE ME PAY FOR THE PAYMENT AND HER LIVE THERE? CAN THEY AWARD ME THE HOUSE IF WE CANNOT AGREE OR CAN THE COURT MAKE US SELL IT ? HELP :(

I think the house will have to be sold and split.

We bought premarriage too, but we have lived in it and I helped pay on it so if anything ever happens to us, I am sure it would be sold or be bought out by one of us.
