Since your STBX didn't have an income, imputing her's would be zero.
However, imputing yours to Age 65, would BE A LOT.

My lawyer said (again) he feels she can make $20,000 a yr, he will argue this to the judge...he's very confident about it!

She just sent me a copy of the NY Domestic Relations law where it says: "Nondurational or lifetime maintenance is a final order of maintenance which lasts for the duration of the "recipient's lifetime" not my lifetime...why didnt my lawyer tell me this?

As we have mentioned before, there is an evil, insidious group of posters on this site promoting the hatred of men, the changing of societal boundaries, the promotion of female superiority as they force their propaganda upon this and practically every other discussion/help board financed by the government in Canada, the USA & many other countries as promoted by SOW/NOW.
