Very new to this, with both names on the house can she make me leave? She has been paying mortgage for several months she makes more than I do. She says she will file tomorrow.

No. If you both own the house, she cannot force you to leave (and you shouldn't). If she does not want to live with you anymore, tell her she can move out.

Even if your name WASN'T on the house you wouldn't have to leave because its considered the "marital home".

She cannot force you out, she has to go to court and get an order for you to vacate the marital home.

As we have mentioned before, there is an evil, insidious group of posters on this site promoting the hatred of men, the changing of societal boundaries, the promotion of female superiority as they force their propaganda upon this and practically every other discussion/help board financed by the government in Canada, the USA & many other countries as promoted by SOW/NOW.
