So I am in the middle of a move away case for the record books. I am a rock solid parent with custody of three other children. I have a great and proven track record of being a involved paren that knows how to co-parent and foster the love. I am up against a ex that only has 12mo of parenting skills that doesnt have a pot to piss in and is wanting to run home to mom. She has made many bad choices including turning down any help I have offered so get her to give up the move away biz. None of her reasons to relocate are even remotely in my childs best interest. he is very unstable and since she took our child she has moved four times wile I have lived in the same place for over ten years. I have a normal work schedual wile she is taking our child to work with her at 2am to some nanny job. So looks pretty solid so far right? Well I have a female judge and a female CFI and am scared out of my mind as to the outcome. I sware I have read about everything out there on moveaway cases, child development, and my states statutes. If I lose this case and my child is taken 12oo miles away there are no mens right in this world. Aside from my gender I am spotless.

I doubt that you will get any valid advice by others in this forum.
You certainly will not get any advice from us UNTIL you read the entire forum from start to finish, going to the links given and those links on those pages.
You will not get any "sound bites" of advice from us. It takes more than that if you are sincere. You need to learn and I fear based upon what I have seen thus far with your postings, that it will take at least 6 months of studies because you are not interested in learning, you merely want some quick, expedient "sound bite" that is the panacea to your problem(s).
Guess what? It does not exist. If you were female, perhaps, but you are not per your various posts.
So, start studying and quit thinking that the PIGS that have responded to you have your best interests at heart. They don't and never have. They are here to help females and to denigrate males in addition to giving males false information to bankrupt them in the hopes that the males will give up.
Your choice.
If you decide to read the forum, please post here in a month or two or six so that you can ask some intelligent questions.

No. Your response is silly and typical of those that don't care enough to learn to get their children.
Quite honestly? We don't have the patience nor the inclination to help your type out. Either you want your children or you don't. If you do. This forum can help you, but you have to help yourself, first.
Again, your choice and if you respond again, we won't. We only help those that are willing to help themselves as they help us fight the atrocities against males as we help them.

Sorry I thought this was mens right not your personal cult. I thought mens rights was about helping other men to improve how we are treated as a hole. I thought mens rights were acheived one victory at a time. And what makes you such a seasoned pro? Dont get me wrong if you are johny cockrin I take this all back but in the mean time I am very suspect that this mens rights forum has been over run by woman posing to be men. So please keep you promis and don't respond and stay off this forum ladies there is one for you labled womens rights.

Hopeful, he really is a man. But he is a man who lost rights to his children because he sexually abused them. He was charged in a court of law-spinnerdegrassi has more information.
Any information he spouts is often highly suspect. There really is a lot of good information here on this board as a hole (not just the men's rights forum) and it doesn't all come from men. We women don't want to hurt good dads-we just want what's best for the kids, and its clear that you are what is best for your kids.
Please, don't end up bitter and twisted like Er ic did. She (your ex) is just one woman, and not all are like her.

If someone posts contrary to their lies, propaganda, dogmas and agendas, they are attacked, lied about and will twist every word that they state. It's what they do and they do it the best because they are utilizing the teachings of the N azis as they implement communism (a dogma and agenda).
Anyone on these boards for any length of time can attest to that. For example look at how they twist our rebuttals. If we post something/anything, they will attack it, denigrate and promote their continuing build up of lies. Then, we we point out who and what they are about, what do they do? They say we are attacking them, but didn't they attack us first with their lies and then we counter with the truth? Of course. But, somehow, they state that their feelings are hurt and that we hate women and make it seem as if we attacked them first. Everyone on these boards know this. So, why are you not speaking up? Afraid of them? If so, you are giving them what they want: COMPLETE OWNERSHIP OF THE INTERNET as they no longer hide, but proudly state it in a governmental branch of the Canadian government and indirectly via the funding of VAWA (USA government branch) as promoted and controlled by NOW.
They have learned well from Hitler and the biggest success is to tell a big lie and repeat it as a small lie is not as believable as a big lie. This too, is taught by Hitler.
When we post, we post the truth and don't post in multiple names as they have done from practically day one that these forums have been in operation.
If you want to know what they are really up to, look at their accusations. If they accuse others of doing something, you can "betcha" know that it is really what they are doing.
Wake up and understand what is going on around you. Take the sacrifice and truly do what is best for the children: BOTH PARENTS as equally as possible.

Hopeful, he's a woman hater, and the lowest of the low. He only aims to hurt women, not to help people. You need help, to do what is best for your little one, not lessons in vindictiveness.
