Try and see if you can follow this stuck.
You make the accusations, get your lawyer to stand up in front of the judge and make your stbx out to be a lunatic. Your brother the cop gets on the stand, raises one hand and puts the other on the Bible and swears to tell the truth. Then he lies through his teeth.
Her lawyer offers up a very nice VIDEO TAPE of this wonderful visit, taken with a hidden camera and perfectly LEGAL in the house SHE resides in. With this tape and an unrelated third party therefore CREDIBLE witness who was hiding in the bathroom to corroborate it, you and your cop witness are shown up for the liars you are.
As a result your lawyer looks like an @ss, your brother the COP is shown for being a liar and her lawyer drops a dime on him with his Boss, and you.... well, you look like the gullible, wannabe scammer you always look like. Less than zero credibility.
Then the next day you open the mailbox and find yet ANOTHER lawyer bill waiting for you.
That scenario may be a lot truer than you want to think about. But don't worry. I'm sure you'll find out ALL about it shortly.

Re: that video tape.. it is shown to the cousin the cop's chief of police and council or trustees. Along with transcripts of his lies in court. No self respecting department wants a lying rogue cop as part of their crew. he will be fired, and deservedly so. Then he will be charged with perjury.
Not to forget stuck.. who will once again look like the idiot he truly is.
Actually, I think stuck makes it all up, he lives in a dream world and cannot separate his lies and his reality any longer.
